Dragon Age: Inquisition’s Gamescom Updates

Bioware released new information about Dragon Age: Inquisition at last week’s Gamescom. They also released a new trailer called The Enemy of Thedas, that features an interesting cameo from Hawke.

  • The game has almost 150 hours of gameplay, thanks to it having a massive game world.
  • The process of crafting a suit of armor will let the player choose the pattern, and then what metals would be used, and then decided if they would use leather, or chain, and so forth. These changes affect not only how the armor will look, but also character stats, so the player can craft with that purpose in mind.
  • The game will introduce cross platform cloud save which will let the player switch from PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, and pick up where they left off, as long as they have a copy of the game on all platforms.

Bioware also released images for the party selection screen, which are designed to look like an arrangement of tarot cards. Plus an image that makes it seem like the Inquisitor and co. will have a dragon for an ally.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to be released on November 18th in North America and 21 in Europe for the PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
